Memories from childhood are some of the most precious we will ever possess. Even though we can't relive the past, at the Barker Character, Comic and Cartoon Museum we can still see some of the things that made being a kid so special. Do you remember your Roy Rogers Lunch Box? How about that Ronald McDonald Phone, Charlie McCarthy Puppet, Flintstone Band Toy, Lone Ranger Gun or Mickey & Minnie Hand-Car? They are all here to see along with thousands of other items of comic strip, cartoon, western, T.V. and advertising character memorabilia. Personally amassed by Herb and Gloria Barker over 40 Years, each item contains the current market value of the collectible, although NOTHING IS FOR SALE. Come to recapture some of your old memories or make new ones for your children. Gloria wanted the museum to be for children to come and enjoy, and perhaps be inspired to start a hobby of collecting, and do something positive so the lure of guns, drugs and alcohol would be less tempting. The museum contains over 80,000 items. We are the only Celebriduck Museum and California Raisin Museum in the world. We are your only source for all California Raisin Art and Original California Raisin Production Cels signed by Will Vinton. click here to see more... |
