Why are your prices not displayed online?
We do not display online pricing for all of our artwork due to (a) the amount of artwork featured, (b) the ever-changing status of said artwork and (c) contractual obligations to our publication studios. Our gallery prefers to provide accurate pricing to all customers via phone or email.
How do I obtain a price?
There are two methods in which you can obtain a price quote

  • Call our gallery toll-free at 1-800-995-2357 and speak to a member of our gallery staff.
  • Email the gallery at fun@barkeranimation.com.

We will answer all inquiries during regular business hours (Monday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 5:30 pm EST).
What is the Star Club?
The Star Club is a membership program offered exclusively through our gallery. The Star Club allows collectors to obtain the following benefits:

  • Insider information on new releases
  • Advance notice on all special events / guest appearances
  • Exclusive Star Club member promotions
  • The Star Club Discount

*The Star Club Discount is only applicable on certain pieces. Availability is determined by the gallery's contract with the publishing studio and the status of the artwork in question.

How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed by calling our gallery and speaking to a member of our staff during regular business hours (Monday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 5:30 pm).
What are my payment options?
Our gallery accepts the following methods of payment:

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.)
  • Personal Check (With a valid US drivers license presented at time of initial purchase.)
  • Money Order
  • Cash
  • PayPal*

*Certain restrictions apply. Please discuss with your salesperson at time of inquiry.

Do you offer layaway?
Barker Animation is happy to offer interest-free layaway plans to all of our collectors.*

All layaways require a 20% deposit at the time of initial purchase. Your artwork will be stored at our facility until the layaway is paid in full. We have the following payment plans available for your convenience:
  1. "Automatic Payment" Plan
    The "Automatic Payment" plan allows Barker Animation to charge a set amount towards your balance on the day of the month and credit card of your choosing. The option to cancel the "Automatic Payment" plan is available if you decide to pay off your balance early.
  2. "Pay As You Go" Plan
    The "Pay As You Go" plan allows for flexible payments to be made every month using the method of your choosing. You can call in a credit card payment or mail in a check/money order/cash payment once every month.
All layaways are to be paid in full within six months, but extensions or alternative arrangements can be made if needed.

*Layaway plans are non-refundable and non-transferable.

How does my artwork ship?
Barker Animation is happy to accommodate those customers not able to visit our Connecticut location!

As UPS and FedEx Power shippers, we can customize a delivery schedule to accommodate your needs. (We recommend that you discuss a schedule with your salesperson to determine the most suitable method.)

Each item that ships from our gallery will be custom packaged and fully insured for the value of your piece(s).

Our standard shipping methods are as follows:
  • United States - FedEx Ground (Residential) or UPS Ground (Business)
  • International - FedEx International*

*International shipping costs can only be determined by obtaining an exact delivery address and will be determined prior to purchase.

What is the return policy?
In-Stock
  • We must receive your request to return the piece within two business days of (a) pick-up or (b) delivery. If the item is returned in perfect condition, we will either: (a) issue a refund, (b) issue a store credit or (c) permit an exchange. All shipping costs would be the responsibility of the customer.

Special Order
  • Returns or exchanges are not permitted for items that are specially ordered for your purchase. This includes pre-orders, drop-ships, custom framed pieces and all other items not in gallery stock.
Do you purchase artwork from the secondary market?
No, we do not purchase artwork from the secondary market nor do we sell on consignment. All of our artwork comes DIRECT from the production studio(s).
Do you appraise artwork?
We only appraise artwork that has been purchased directly from our gallery.
Can I visit the gallery?
Of course! We are located on four acres of beautifully cartoon-landscaped grounds, which includes our two galleries and the Barker Character, Comic and Cartoon Museum. Hours are as follows:

Barker Animation:
Monday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 5:30 pm

Fine Art and Sculptures:
Special Appointment

Barker Character, Comic and Cartoon Museum:
Wednesdays through Saturdays, 12:00 am to 4:00 pm
