| In Classic Scooby-Doo, that loveable, mystery-solving pooch is portrayed in a consummate pose amid the spooky trappings inherent to his sleuthing life: a haunted mansion, a graveyard, and of course the Mystery Machine. Classic Scooby-Doo (the lead and title character in the longest running cartoon series in television history!). began with a drawing of Scooby by the man who originally created him, famed Hanna-Barbera artist Iwao Takamoto. The background layout drawing, also by Iwao Takamoto, was painted and reproduced on acid-free paper using a fine art lithography process. The edition number was hand-inked on each cel in an edition size of 500. |
