A twenty-year relationship between Tom Everhart and Charles M. Schulz and the Peanuts phenomenon are reflected in the paintings and lithographs of Tom Everhart. The result of that collaborative relationship transcends the appeal of the comic strip, while simulateously giving homage to the artistry of his mentor.

Everhart's paintings have been exhibited in Museums and fine art galleries worldwide, including Louvre Museum, Paris, France, 1990; Museu da Cidade, Lisbon, Portugal, 1993; and Suntory Museum, Osaka, Japan, 2000. In 2003, an important one-man exhibition, "Under The Influence," was held at the Charles M. Schulz Museum in Santa Rosa, CA. It is fitting that the first non-cartoon exhibition that the Museum mounted is a collection of paintings by artist and friend Tom Everhart. Gallery exhibitions have recently been held at Entertainment Galleries in Las Vegas and S2 Art Gallery in Chicago, and Everhart's art continues to be widely exhibited in the United States and Japan. |
